CHANGES AND RETURNS
If the items you purchased are not to your liking or did not fit as desired, you can apply for an exchange.
Returns are only accepted if any of the accessories you purchased arrive damaged or in poor condition.
If this is the case, within NO more than 24 hours of receiving the package, you must send it back to our main office within 7 calendar days. The product is only eligible for exchange for another product or size.
CONSIDERATIONS
- To be eligible for a return/exchange, you must ensure that the item(s) you wish to return/exchange have not been used, are in the same condition as you received them, and retain their original packaging.
- It is essential that you present your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Accessories that are damaged or show defects due to reasons beyond our handling or shipping cannot be considered for exchange or refund.
- Any return or exchange request submitted more than 7 days after the purchase, or that does not meet the requirements, will not be processed.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
- Send an email to joyeriaparis19@gmail.com with the following information:
- Email title: "Return or Exchange – Your order number”
- Provide your name and a contact phone number.
- Describe the defects you found in the accessory(ies), or the reason for the exchange.
- Attach photographs highlighting the relevant details.
- Indicate which item or size you would like to exchange your product for.
- Once your request is received, it will be inspected, and a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours. You will receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your request. If necessary, additional information will be requested.
- If your request is accepted, we will indicate the options to choose from:
Exchange: If there is another identical accessory in stock, once we receive the package, we will send you an identical accessory in perfect condition.
Refund: If there is no longer another identical accessory in stock, once we receive the package, we will schedule your refund. - When you complete the return process, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of the new accessory, or your refund receipt.
- To return or exchange any accessory, you must send it to our main branch.
- The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- In case of an exchange, shipping times may vary depending on your location.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item(s) back.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
Please note that banking institutions and their response times are independent of us. If you have not yet received your refund, we suggest checking the following options:
- Check your bank statement.
- Contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is reflected in your account. Wait the time indicated by your bank and re-check.
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
