INVOICING
If you need an invoice, we kindly request that you ask for it at the time of your purchase at the counter. You only need to provide your tax information to complete this process.
LIABILITY
There are situations in which a purchase order might not be processed due to circumstances beyond our control and that cannot be foreseen. In such cases, where force majeure or unforeseen circumstances intervene, www.joyeriaparis.mx commits to immediately inform the customer about the reason why the order could not be processed. In these cases, any amount charged will be refunded to the customer. It should be noted that, in this process, additional information may be requested to expedite the refund.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Prices of products, services and promotions, as well as availability and the start date of sale on this website, may vary compared to the information provided in our physical stores.

Product Shipping Procedure

CHANGES
If you wish to make a product exchange, it is important that you do so within the first 5 (five) business days after receiving your item.
