**Shipments in the city of Querétaro will be made by Local parcel service, and for purchases over $500, shipping is free.

  • For purchases over $2,000.00 MXN, shipping within Mexico is free.
  • Shipments are made via UPS parcel service.
  • Shipments in the state of Querétaro and its metropolitan area are made via Local parcel service. 
  • Order preparation time is 5-10 business days. 
  • Business days are Monday to Friday.
  • Shipping time may be affected by natural disasters or periods of high demand. You can track your package by checking the guide we will send to your email.
  • Once the package is collected, the merchandise is the responsibility of the parcel service provider. If you have questions about the trajectory of your package, you should contact them.
  • In case the parcel service requires extra information about the shipping address of your package, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the parcel service and provide the necessary information. 
  • Once the package has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address. If you need to make a change, you should contact the corresponding parcel service.
